I'm currently on Pay as you Go with T-Mobile, and I would like to move to another company, as I think T-Mobile don't have the best deals.

Can anyone recommend me a decent provider, or even an offer?
(Things like free texts for small top-ups etc)

Thanks!

On O2 there are are several PAYG tariffs, one is 'favourite place' which enables you to have unlimited calls from a postcode in the UK. There is also the O2 tariff which gives you unlimited texts to O2 numbers for just a £10 topup, and one which gives you 300 free texts with a £10 topup. O2 are good, I love them, but I've had to move away for better deals.

Tesco Mobile will give you £20 credit for a £10 top-up, and £45 for a £15 and £60 for a £20. Vodafone gives £50 for a £10 topup and the Orange dolphin package offers 300 texts + free facebook, bebo and MySpace access when you top up ten pounds.

Tesco Mobile sounds good.
Are the bonuses permanent when you top up? Or do you have to use the bonus within a time period?

Cool. :)

Yus you can. :)

9. Can I Keep My Number?

Yes, you can.

Please call Customer Care to request the number transfer. Your mobile or SIM card comes with its own number printed on the packaging but you can still use your old number. That way you don't need to tell friends or family your number has changed. Keeping your old mobile number is easier than you think.

How long does the transfer take?
Transferring your existing number to your Tesco Mobile takes 2 working days*. During this time, use up any airtime credits you have with your current network. You can also start using your Tesco Mobile SIM card to make and receive calls using the temporary number.
*2 working days except for Bank Holidays.

Some Info on there, which can probably answer any other questions you have.

do you have to use it in a certain time
The original credit you top up (for example £15) will be there until you use it up, however, your bonus which you receive (in this case £30 on top of the original £15) will be used up before the money you topped up, and lasts a month until it expires, so if you haven't used it all, you will still have your £15 intact. :D

to keep your number, ring up current provider, ask for PAC code, they'll give you one, ring tesco when you have your new sim, give them PAC code. easier than reading all that junk haha.
