The question is best XBL (Xbox Live) game anyway and not best game if you read closely. Fallout 3 doesn't really stand a chance as it doesn't have any online play so I've no idea why it's been nominated as an XBL Game (I know it has DLC but still...).

FIFA, Pro Evo, Halo 3, Far Cry 2, Fable 2, Gears of War 2, those all have online and they aren't featured.

By far halo 3, you can always have fun online or with mates playing random stuff in warhogs etc.
