I'll give 171k for 50 creds.
Here is the usual formula:
25 Creds are equivalant to 2 HC Sofas.
1 HC Sofa is Equivalant to 40k NP
So for 2 HC(25 creds) should be 80k.
2 x 80k (for credits) = 160k.
And I'm giving 171k.
