k i just want a quick vote (as leah said i should)

All in favour of this layout, say aye (basically)

Ok, i think HxHD looked MUCH better with this layout;

http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/761/screenshot283y.png

Only suggestions i'd give would be;

Make the staff area smaller (remove about 4 maj's)

No Leah, do not remove penguins and make afk rollers

obviously something in place of penguins as they're ugly :P

but yeh, this is much better than some executive or hello furni layout.

Because you vote no, doesn't mean that it's going to be implemented, i just wish to see who is in favour of this layout :)

If you're going to say no i'd prefer you state the reason

rather than just voting no for the "lulz".

If im honest that room screams hxhd to me, the executive seems too similar to the hffm desk and Maj's, petals has always given off the cosy feelng of habbox. I do prefer the old one. :)

If I'm not mistaken, all the furniture in nvrspk's room was donated by Habbox members to contribute to the desk... then it was passed around the different owners? Seems silly to waste such a good desk IMO.

Executive is nice but it feels too.. what's the word.. sharp and professional. The old one has a homely feel to it, and that is what I joined to last year.. :P

I'm also a fan of the hatches.. saves time rather than tramping through the entrance. I daresay people come in more as they can get in easier through the hatch.

The current layout in the desk (Eurovision) doesn't seem to be too popular among the visitors.. are we the laughing stock of Habbo?

and... OMG my name is on a sticky in the old room.. :P

It was brighter and more welcoming definitely, make the staff area a bit smaller and get rid of the penguins and I don't see why it wouldn't work. Perhaps this could be done once Eurovision is over, that gives enough time to trade/collect the right furni and test some changes to it

It's better then the current one but it's the same as every other help desk/drop-in centre etc on Habbo because it has the same petals/majs/lodge bars.

I prefer a normal executive layout, I think we'll just change back to that early. The old layout was too old fashioned and the staff area is way to mahoosive so if we did go for it we would have to change it around dramatically. We would never have it back to the old way exactly as it is now.

That layout was 100 million times better.
It was more of a 'unique' thing for Habbox as none of the other 'lounges' or help desk's looked like this one.

Maybe use the layout of the executive style but use this furniture? It will be a huge improvement :P

but...why is this room owned by carnio D:
Also, HFFM's lounge is all executive ;[

Wonder who told you that titch ;)

If you go into carnio's room and through 2 teles you can get there, as it would of been official habbox room but since its now sammeths its not in his room when it should ;P

but yh exec just copies HFFM basically.

I gotta say I loved the valentines layout, it was my favourite - it was simple to design (BY MOI!!!) and looked effective. Was well lush, but maybe a bit too much pink on the eyes for a permanent layout.

I prefer the old one but of course I'd say that, as that is what I'm used to from when I used to be manager :P

In my opinion they've changed the managers, they've changed the owner, they've changed the desk into more of a 'social' theme so maybe the best thing to do is keep the change of layout? If I remember rightly when I was manager everyone used to moan about that layout not changing enough so meh

You need to hire a professional room designer if you want layouts changed more often, which can be very much so possible.

I 100% say the old one is better, it has been a symbol of 'Habbox HD' since very early years indeed. That one was more welcoming and cosy, rather than the black, bland executive one you have had recently, and a few more cheap attempts to make it look better- i.e. Eurovision theme- which has some positives but much more cons.

If, judging by a 'democracy rules' if it rules on Habbox, then it's clear that out of your current 20 people who voted, 65% don't like what is happening now, I no longer feel welcomed as much in the help desk and the rare times I visit that game rarely stay for longer than a couple of minutes. Primary reason being that layout which is like never ending montony.

Goodness, I don't like the new layout at all I'm afraid. I've tried getting used to it for the last few days but nope, I just hate it.

Again, with the Executive, once again it just changes HxHD completely, even 8Freak8's was slightly like nvr's. It's a bit like changing Habbox - making it look, as Matt said, TOO proffesional for a Help Desk. I really liked the old one because it made you feel as if it was your home, which obviously it isn't, but especially as staff because you should be in there a lot it made it feel nice and "comfortable".

If we do not change the layout, or even if we do, PLEASE don't have any hatches, it just makes the staff lazy by not using the Staff Entrance and makes it a lot of a hassle when they ask for in, cos first they need to get out the door, then people are blocking etc etc, and it'd of took FAR less time using the Staff Entrance. Please Sam, I'M BEGGIN ON MA KNEEZ!!!!!!!!

Its nice but I prefer the excutive furni though. I think if the idea did happen it would be rather expensive for sam if he's doing it by himself. :P

Have to say its alot nicer. I prefered this. Im sure if we needed more furni again, we could pull a few hc worth of stuff, not too hard

Yeah I'm sure it was sierks that's why nvr couldn't sell it

i voted no because i thought it was the eurovision one :@ but i just think habbox needs to COMPLETELY rethink the help desk, as rarely anybody needs help anymore.

I think a music related room makes sense with the stage and things as alot of DJs go to hxhd for their 'parties' but it needs to be more of a habbox chillout room now HxHD has gone past its sell by date

People can never make up their minds - they never realise what they have until it's gone.

I have to admit I'm not a fan of the hatches myself. It makes staff very lazy, and if a guest is blocking they feel they have the right to kick them to get passed even though they can use the staff entrance to get around them. If we remove the hatches completely, like how it used to be, it means staff will get into the routine of using the staff entrance and guests won't be able to block.

We will do something about the layout - however once Eurovision is over, depending on our progress you'll have the Executive layout.
