looks like a variation on G C and D to me, with a capo on the 2nd fret of course.

it seems like ever since this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-8nkkOA_AM) people have been doing acoustic versions of pop songs lol.

yeah i know the chords in another way on capo 4 but i just love the way he plays it

and people have always been doing acoustic versions of pop songs :S
or do you just mean on utube?

i mean just in general, yeah on youtube mostly. any pop song with a chord progression (instead of the basic I V chords a lot of pop songs have) has a bunch of videos of people doing it acoustically.

in general people have always being doing their own versions of songs but yeah i agree with u its a bit of a thing to do on youtube
i find it really useful tho as when i want to learn a song theres loads of versions to look at :)

oh yeah for sure, i learned how to play "angeles" by elliott smith from this guy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en9uc6croFI) lol
