Ok so i install wow and start to play and when i walk around its like grahpics flash or something anyone else had this and no how to sort it out? +rep to people that help.

press esc, video settings, turn them all down, or toy around with them and see if it helps out

Do as Gnome said, it's because your graphics card cant cope with the high resolutions that WoW can have.
