Take a screen shot of members area. and block out most of the personal info.

I asked for another way because they used to be a way were you checked via finalupgrade.php

Shoulnt really do what you've done as that can be easily edited, best way is uploading toa host then if they have enough knowledge they can find out if its legit or not.
