MKV Converter

I have imTOO HD Converter however it bails out on me without even trying I am looking for a decent mkv to mp4/mov converter with HD compatibility so I can carry on with my bluray rips, any suggestions would be helpful :)

Not tested with this specific conversion, but i've yet to have super fail on me yet and ive converted to and from all kinds of weird and wonderful formats.
