Needing Some Football Shooting Tips

Well basically im good at passing and running, the only thing im not good at is shooting. Usually when i shoot i either kick the ball way off target, hits the target with no power, curl the ball sometimes but goes straight to the keepers hands.

I need tips on how to shoot the ball with more power and accuracy or curl with more width/accuarcy.

what if he wants to burry it in the bottom corner, then he wouldn't lean back :S

To hit it with more power your going to need to hit the ball dead on. If you still hit the ball dead on but without much power then your legs are weak, and they'll need bulking up.

To improve on accuracy, no one here can help you improve with that. OInly you can do that with practise. Just keep on practising.

lean back? nah you'll score more getting your body over the ball and smashing it. low and hard. :D leaning back will make for a spectacular goal.

practice really. try and get a good clean contact with the ball which will guarantee more accuracy and power. oh and keeping your eye on the ball will help too.

What I do is just go on the playing field, take a few balls and smash them at the goal. Just spend like a few hours each week just practising then you will learn to know how to hit it where you want it to go with power.
