l logged onto habbo but it says maintenance too.

CTRL+F5 it a few times and you might find it works. Or wait a couple of hours until they've fixed it properly.

It wouldnt be to do with that as farm furni is in the DCR's and has been spotted in rooms. It wouldn't require a maitience break for the furni to be added.
