I've written this great tut but first let me let you know what its about, if you dont care just skip down until you reach the black text! -anonlmous (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=51260)

Well, this tutorial (thats what tut stands for if you didnt already know) is about how to make a FREE habbo fansite using webs (formerly freewebs) and free layouts and goodies thanks to HabboArchive.net (http://www.habboarchive.net) and is written for people wishing to learn html or begginers of html to get better and you must learn some of the more basic html (eg, how to make a new line, make text bold, insert image, link and thats bout all you'll need to know, you should pick up the
rest as you go!)
Click here (http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/html_intro.asp), you must know everything from html introduction to html elements (dont worry If you dont get it straight away you can have the site open as you edit your own fansite!)
Here are the steps:
Click Here (http://habboarchive.net/layout/layouts/zip/layout_8.zip) and save!!
Click Here (http://www.webs.com) and sign up for an account! (note: before you finish signing up, do not select a template from freewebs, instead above the selection click use advanced html!)
Go to the place where you saved the layout (on your computer harddrive) and right click the layout folder and click extract all then close it!
Go to your freewebs account and click the 'edit my site' link and go to the upload tools and click single file uploader and find the layout pic and upload it then the file called index and then the file called global.
Now select "add a folder" which should be next to "add a page" and then add a folder called images then click it when it shows up in the table below, once you are sure it is open go to single file folder upload and upload the picture called index01 in the images section of the layout folder, keep upload every picture like that! -Easy part done, but it was also the boring part..
Intermission
alright, I've inserted a little break into this so I can go over one thing, if you click on the file index.html on your freewebs account and it doesnt look like the preview shown earlier than you have done something wrong, check through the tutorial to see what you missed, if your still confused pm me!
Now is when your knowledge of html (which doesnt have to be much) really shows!
ok, open up the html document in you freewebs account (click the little pencil icon) so you can edit it...
When it opens look for the area that says <title>Habbo Layout</title> and put your title (like on this page the title will be Habbox Forum or if youre on habbo and note logged in the title will be Habbo ~ Home) if you still dont know what Im talking about put you fansite name where it says Habbo Layot Leave the tags intact!!
Scroll down till you see the first set of text that looks like this: Lorem ipsum id duo noluisse explicari, vix ut delenit suscipit adversarium. You can then edit that to what you want it to say and it will show up in the first box on the top left hand corner, and images, links or what ever you want! (to make your site look good you must now have basic knowledge of how html, check out some of the other tuts in this section, pm me or look out for my next tut coming soon!)
Go down to the next set of that writting you saw earlier and edit to what you want too, this will show up in the small box below it, when you see the whole lot of jibbirish that is the main content, which will show up in the middle, once again edit that to what you want...
There will be two more text areas like: Lorem ipsum id duo noluisse explicari, vix ut delenit suscipit adversarium to edit which will obviously be the opposite two boxes (if you havent figured that out already I give up on you!)
Click on file in the top right hand corner and click save then go back and click on the index.html file so it opens showing you your webpage, dont be discouraged if theres something wrong, go back, firgure out what it is and edit it! You can pm me if you feel stuck!

as you get better at html try different layouts and update your site, dont forget to upload images as you go
a good way to learn better html is viewing the source of other good fansites, to do this right click on a habbo fansite and click view source, this will show you their html (please dont plagurise it)
check out habboarchive.net for tons of goodies, guides, webscripts and more to put on your site!
Get a partner that can help you! you will start off good by yourself but you will eventually want a partner, I suggest you start off togther!

Do not copy this guide!! It was rushed (done in half hour) so it may be edited and I will be posting better tuts as I go, thnx!
