Bought VIP via SMS - Not received [Archive]

I ordered VIP stuff via SMS 2 days ago and haven't received it.

I sent the SMS once but received 2 texts back. Please look into this.

Hi, I assume you mean donator. I'm not sure why that is sorry, it's not that I have not been setting them up. I'm still receiving email confirmation of SMS purchases from other people, I have checked a few times and yours has not shown up at all.

Sorry I'd love to help you but there's nothing I can do apart from check to see if it's came through, which it hasn't :(

The colour requested

I will be able to check our SMS system for your transaction and hopefully be able to get this matter resolved.
