Hey

I was just wondering is it just me or is the Access package getting worse again after the apparent mid-april fix?

I seem to be getting lower and lower speeds.

Not the access package. Only the LLU.

On the LLU we get the same speed 24/7.

It always seems to get a couple of meg higher download and a bit less upload on the London server for some reason.

The hop at 192.168.2.1 looks a bit dodgy. Do you have two routers or something? 10.1.1.93 is a bit weird as well.

Here's my tracert to the same IP.

I think the problem lies partly in your home network, but mostly at 10.1.1.93 which (I think) is a router on Be*'s network. It would usually suggest too much traffic at that one point. I don't think this is the case as from your explanation the slowdown came fairly suddenly and you still get the same speeds during off-peak hours. Perhaps give them a phone call and query it? What stream speed does your router report you as having?

It's probably due to Be's mess ups with routing AGAIN. I'll look on Be Forums for you. On another note:

Im going to go all ethernet in my house tomorrow and then phone up o2 and complain get some free months then possibly leave them and go elsewhere, not sure where as I want unlimited download limit with a rather fair usage policy and 8mb download (ADSL Max) not LLU.
