Well i heard on the radio earlier about a few insurance companys doing a kinda pay per use insurance, you can drive from 6am untill 11pm, but i can't remeber the name i think it was on BBC 2 ;[ does anyone know about this? or know the name.

It said the price was cut rapidly, seeing as i wont really need to drive past 11pm on week days then i should be okay.
