Help with iNinja theme?

I've just downloaded it along with the iNinja extras and love it, just can't work out how your suppose to put the icons into the icons that are already there on the bar at the bottom. If anyone could download it, try it out and tell me how to do it then It would be greatly appreciated. +rep aswell. :)

hehe sorry, it's for an iPhone 3G on 2.21 if that makes a difference.

sorry for so many posts, had less than 15 posts and MODs were taking ages, so I kept replying and they must have allowed all four of my replies...

and btw you will need to download WinSCP (via google) which is what u will u use to SSH into your iphone.

look at the tutorials of "2.2.1 IPHONE SSH" on youtube.

it's pretty straight forward when you get to that point... (that's if you have instructions on how to change the icons).
