My heart bleeds that this fansite has caused him to skip English.

No.. not at all, it just makes you realise when you say yeh il come out in a few hours (you dont say why) and your doing something on a fansite, that doesnt even pay off. its worthless, pointless. it defeats the point really. I will proberly still come on Habbox for the next month or two though :P

Well it would appear that Habbo has had a bigger effect on ross than HHGS.net has had on Habbo.

His English is fine, but if we're speaking about grammar I wouldn't really class that as English.

Don't commit suicide Ross, it's not worth it. I would expect you to ensure that the English was correct on a "Goodbye" note though. For me, that sums the whole website up. Good luck with whatever you do next anyway. :)

Just because you've realised that doesn't make you better than everyone else, so stop acting like that. Some people can still enjoy it. I myself don't log on all that often any more. I find it quite damning that it's affected you so much. It was actually affecting your life? That's pretty dire. I'm not sure how you're "above" me in "what you do". What exactly do you do? Like I originally said, good luck with whatever you decide to do now.

To those who used to work for HHGS but due to falling out with Ross now say the site was rubbish all along, my question is; why did you fully support it until you fell out with Ross? - HHGS lasted longer than most small fansites and I would say at points in its history became quite a middle sized website compared to others.

Those who are throwing out insults at the website I remember many offered me jobs at their 'sites' which apparently were going to be fantastic, yet many never even opened/closed within a week of opening.

I think without HHGS and Ross I doubt I would be playing Habbo now, or at least I still wouldn't be involved in fansites or values and a massive thanks to you Ross, I enjoyed it while it lasted. :)

well it was a decent fansite and lasted a while unlike the others, i rather liked the rare values too and i know many others used hhgs rare values as a guide, but obviously, they wasn't as popular as habbox rare values :eusa_danc

I actually forgot about HHGS until yestaday when I checked my junk mail and found a random e-mail from them saying 'k' lol

I remember when it first opened I was one of the people who said it wouldn't last more than a month, well I was obviously wrong and would like to say well done to Ross for sticking with it.

Thought it sounded a bit too funny to be true. :P The sad thing is, people on here probably do have the odd few friends but never spend any time with them because of Habbo. When I quit and was outside 24/7 (as oppose to playing habbo 24/7) it made me realise how much of my teens I had wasted on Habbo and what I was missing. Unfortunately I found rs which I balance out with real life so I get the best of both. Like you but your case is different. ;)

If you look closely you will notice over 90% of their stuff is from HHGS, incl values images, forum skins (hidden) they are trying to edit them to make them look authentic but when it says HHGS and the HHGS logo its a bit obvious its our skin.

I havent been online for a few month but i can honestly say no skin on that site is stolen from you, sort it out.

To anyone flaming HHGS, it was better than half the junk I see these days. He actually worked on it for a long time and didnt give up on it after 3 weeks when it didnt get 100000 hits in 3 days.

Alot of you obviously dislike Ross / HHGS, but when you see the kind of habbo fansites being posted in the website forum, HHGS will look amazing.

Fact is, for most people, habbo is addictive and usually does lead you to spend less time out with your mates.

HHGS to me seemed like a really close knit community, as much as you can say that they didnt get the hits they wanted they wern't exactly crying out for new members either.

And ross you're talking bull about Habtopia tbh, I made alot of those skins and they were 100% new, paul also spent alot of time on specialized skins, some not viewable but he put alot of effort into them and they were not ripped, when habtopia was fairly popular it has around 8 graphics staff and they produced alot of images for the site, and we did make sure they were not ripped.

It's easy for you to make an accusation like that in hindsight but while HHGS was open I didn't hear anything like that from you, so im guessing it was just a cheap dig at another fansite.

theres a massive difference between corupt values and not upto date/ badly run values.

its hard to find anybody reliable to run any kind of department and as im not online enough myself i cant do it. And as far as you saying you was staff im sure you never once spoke to me nor have i heard of you so it just goes to show how well the values departmnt was ran, also in my opinion there would be no gain for a small fansite to have corupt values as there would be no chance of building a fanbase around those values.

I dont mind you saying there corupt but surely if you had worked within the department you should know yourself the values was never corupt, Just not updated.
