This is the trailer for new NBC drama Parenthood http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtY4MP9_F0I (It looks amazing, I know) but at the end of the trailer there is a song playing, I've tried googling the lyrics and I can't find it. Does anyone know the name of the song and who sings it? +Rep for help.
