Since when were Ione's Gifts moved to Super Rares? Also how come they were moved? I thought it was decided after many debates that as there are so many of them, they will be classed as normal rares?

In the department, we chatted about this and moved them. Most of the people in the department agreed with this so the reason it was moved. It fits the description of a super as it wasn't in the catalouge.
