One question..

I'm in the middle of making a 60 attack pure..

Stats at the moment

57 Attack
55 Strength
45 Range
50 Combat

And basically what i wanted to do is get 61 Range before members and what iwas wondering is should i get 55 Slayer for broad tips? and are broad tips good advantages?

I think you should train combat with Slayer anyway.

And broad-tipped bolts are useful because they are quite cheap, but they are much better than mithril bolts, so I'd say that they are definetly worth it.

well use knifes to train and good bolts to pk. pull out good bolts for a ko

Broad Bolts are slightly better then Mith, but alot cheaper.. just to let you know ;) It is worth it if you want to train range very high, and they also hit quite high.
