What is the value Of the Rural Solarium

I havent seen anyone selling these i just noticed in my hand I cant remember when or how i got it but i searched it on habbox couldnt seem to find it then looked through all Rares and i still couldnt find it is there a value for this rare?

They are worth around 0.5 CS at the moment, they used to be worth between 0.2 CS - 0.3 CS as they were incredibly good sellers, however as they are much rarer now they have risen a tad.
