How often do you take a shower/bath?

I have a shower every day in the morning. I know people that shower twice a day, but my brother showers annually (probs twice a week) lol.

and showering twice a day, unless youre dirty for a specific reason, isnt a great idea. there's such thing as cleaning yourself too much, you can wash away good bacteria too, not just bad.

yeah, but that's more for people who wash after every meal or whatever. i'm sure such people do exist, somewhere :P rather than people who wash twice a day

I'd like to make use of this shower-related thread to announce that I haven't washed my hair for well over two weeks. I mean I've washed it with water in the shower and that but not shampoo'd it, I'm trying that thing where allegedly your body's natural oils keep the hair clean in the same way shampoo does. Except shampoo washes away that natural oil so you don't get the benefits.
It seems to be working quite well; my hair looks exactly like it did when I was shampooing it and it doesn't appear greasy at all (I thought it would at the start but not really so long as I washed it with water every day) and it's also quite soft to the touch. :P

Not at all. I'm washing it every day with water remember so it's not as if it's unclean, I'm just not shampooing it. There's also no way to tell, it looks just like normal washed hair but feels much softer so if I see you irl I'm just gonna rub it up against you before you notice so you'll have no choice whether you want to touch it or not.
