hey guys,
I know some of you may be thinking "this guys an idiot all you have to do is have the same bitrate as the other person" well i know this, but this is not the problem in this case, is there a way to delay the radio more than it already is delayed, so all goes well during change overs?

Our shoutcast is with extenhost and our shoutcast can hold 50 listeners with a bitrate of 48kb/s
I really would appreciate it if someone could solve my problem,
Thanks very much,
Richie.

So is there anyway we can sort out the radio buffering whilst we changeover or do we need to deal with it and nothing can be done?

I really would appreciate it if someone could solve my problem
Thanks very much,
Richie.

If the DJ that coming to the end of their show and the DJ that is going to be connected have the same bitrate and Hz then they should change over without any buffering.

Through my experience A good "next word connect" or "count in" often helps.

Some other silly little tips, if they use msn to connect next dj tell them to go onto busy, and not have other distractions

But overall the exact same kps and khz most times corrects this problem.
