Just tested this with two of my freinds members accounts, it works. Just realised that Jagex have nerfed the ammount of Glory Amulets you can buy.. but you are still able to transfer 2M every 4 hours, so it's about the speed of dragonstone method.

Although, because i've now released it the demand for Glory Ammies might increase, which could potentially ruin the method.
