k well i got a monitor in december and its been messing up for last 3 weeks, so i went and bought a new one today from comet but i wish to return the old one i had to tescos and get a refund.

- Do they offer refunds as its from like 5 months ago
- Do they offer refunds without a receipt (they can see proof of purchase through the clubcard or staff discounts i'm sure)

Thanks ;)

I'm pretty sure it's only 30 days from time of purchase.

Yes I agree. Just take it back to Tescos customer service with the receipt.
If they say it's manufactuer then say no it's Tescos responsibility the first 12 months. The only problem I forsee is that they will want the whole computer back if it was bought as a package.
