Are there any Mods or Hobbas that regularly come on here? My friend raz~richie needs some help, what are their usernames on here if there are any?

I would recommend that you advise your friend to use the call for help to contact a moderator.
There are Habbo Hotel Moderators on this forum, but I think they would prefer it if you used the call for help, as it provides them with alot more information than a forum can give.

He's tried, they never come, he needs to speak to one directly.

Here is the origional post I made a while back. Thanks Hilton for making this. I was just about to make the same thing.

Ok!
A while ago we got a new internet sourse. Localnet. Which means we got a new means of email. It's webmail. I thought I changed my email on Habbo. I think I did, but I must've typed it in wrong. Well, a few weeks later lightning killed my modem. :@ So we got a new computer. Well, I had to install shockwave again. I did that, but then on the Sulake screen I got an error message (which I cleared up, I don't need help on that). Well, being the idiot that I am I used the habbo help tool, which was new to me from the time I had no computer. Well, I went started going through it, I said I was a habbo, I typed in my name, and my email address. BOOM! It said my email doesn't match. :@ I said, yes I KNOW I typed it in right. Then it asked me to verify it was me by putting in my birthday. I did that and it told me I have to reset my account, which I did. I've done this about 654531 times, and haven't gotten a response yet! I've also written an email and saved it so I can just copy and paste, which I haven't gotten a reply from yet either! :@
Well, this was the last straw. I made a new person with the same scenario as me. I reset my account with this guy. Thirty freaking seconds later, I GET AN EMAIL FROM THEM!!!! :@ :@Well, I hurried up and sent one under raz-hilton (my actual name that has A LOT of furni). I waited a few minutes. NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :@ :@ I do it again, NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :@
I want to know why it works for other my other accounts, but not for raz-hilton. If I don't get my password back, I'm not getting back on it! :@ :@ :@ I'm getting fed up with making new people.
Sorry for the complaint post, but I thought I'd let you know why habbo is making me mad. :@ :@
Thank's for listening!

That is the post I made. I really need to contact a hobba. The never respond with this account. I tried it again today. There still was no response.

EDIT I went to the habbo forums site, but it won't let me post in the Ask A Hobba Forum. Why not? Do i have to have a certain number of posts???
Could someone just give me a direct name of a hobba (If known)
I'm sorry about the problems this is causing (if any) :p

EDIT EDIT I also can't send PM's. Why not? I've activated my account.

EDIT EDIT EDIT I've found out why. They haven't added me to the forum. Thanks lol.

I'm not banned though. I've just misplaced my pword. Habbo just will not send me my new one.

I don't have any filters on this. It's webmail. All emails I get go straight to my inbox. That dummy I made, got an email in my inbox like two seconds after I sent it!

About habboforum, how do you delete your profile? I didn't know your name had to be the same as the one on habbo.

Okay, I am not a Hobba, but I believe some other member's have had this same problem. I know the whole Habbo Help Tool/Password issue is confusing, but I would advise you to go on Habbo Hotel with a clone (seeing as you can't use your main account), make a room, and then call for help, asking for a moderator. Usually there is two moderator's on, so it can take a while for one to come. I wouldn't worry about getting banned for "flooding the call for help", something some people fear, unless you are actually sending a message every few seconds (beside's, you're on a clone) but if you call maybe after 5-15 minute's, nothing bad is going to happen. Anyways, you just want to send a message, asking for a moderator. You can explain you've had some problems with the Help Tool retrieving your password, and that you need to speak with a moderator about it. Once they're there, tell them what's happened, and they will most likely pass this information off to a staff member in a report. Just remember it can take up to, at tops, an hour for a moderator, but then again sometime's all you have to do is wait a few minutes. If you get a message from a Hobba telling you to use the Help Tool, send another call for help, and just explain you have to talk to a mod.

Other then that, there are Hobba's who visit here, but most do not usually like to be hassled on the forum. If what I told you to do doesn't work, then you can always attempt to send an e-mail, but it is likely it will take quite some time for it to be answered.

Hope this helped some what :)

Well, go to a Help Desk, and tell the help person your problem :) Then they will call a hobba, they always come to Help Desks, i dont know why.. , so yeh! :) Thats it, and then BOOM they come! =] <3
