Can I order just a plain chow mein without the white crunchy things?
So its just the brown noodles and no crunch :)

If so what do I ask for?

Do you mean them little crunchy circle things? If so they they are fit, just ask for a chow mein without them. :S

i think he means the beansprouts i think there called. you just ask for no veg.

They're called water chestnuts I think.

They're called beansprouts. Just ask for plain chow mein without beansprouts I guess.
