I just bought one for 4CS and I was wondering if they are predicted to go up or down and also how hard they are to find?

They seem to be going through a bit of a rough patch at the moment, they will rise though one day I believe. They are one of the rarest rares, up there with the Yellow Solarium, Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain and so forth.
