I think he's married Susan - if it was Katherine, then Susan would have been in the church sitting next to her friends. Also, Susan's daughter wasn't there (She would have been brides maid) so she wouldn't have been in the congregation so ya :D and also, probably the next episode will be out early next year, not even US has it yet and apparently they haven't started filiming yet.
