What has gone wrong?

Hey, not been on Habbo for half a year and wanted to return to see if I can get back into it. Problem is, Habbo won't send me emails! I've been trying to recover my account for weeks. I use the "forgotten your password" tool and put in the correct email and account name but they never send me anything. I also used the help tool to explain everything and they didn't even reply to that. I'm using Btinternet if that helps? Thanks in advance. :)

You could always create a new account if it becomes more of a problem, but I'd contact them using the habbo help tool, or try changing you're account email to a yahoo account?

I have the same problem with my accounts but yeah, HHT doesn't do anything really, I've been contacting them for over 2 years begging to get the accounts back but gotten no luck.

Ok, I will use a gmail account for the help tool. I had never thought about that. :$:P

You should apply to become HxHD staff, I posted a thread in there a while ago and it hasn't had 1 reply. The forum members are a better help. :P

Everyone does dw. :P With Habbo help tool you can ask them to send the reply to any email you want so hopefully the gmail account that I used will receive the email from habbo telling me what to do.

They fixed it? The only emails I receive is the news ones and the "Forgotten usernames // passwords" I no longer get the guestbook or minimail or friend request emails :(
