Liiike do you need a quest for it? How much is it worth [buying/selling] AND does anyone have one i may buy?

Notes: Can only be purchased after completing Regicide quest. Features 2 Quick Strikes, Increased Accuracy and Damage. stats are Attack stab 70 slash 95 crush 0 magic -4 range 0 Defense stab -1 slash 4 crush 5 magic 0 range 0 Bonus strength 89 Prayer 0 also, if the monster you are attacking is standing on 2 or more spaces you will do a double hit (like in the picture). All halberds have fairly slow attack speed. If you specifically place yourself behind an obstacle you can hit things but not take damage.

street price is more like 350k as you have to go a fair distance to get one from the shop.
