What games could my specs run and are they alright and what could I consider upgrading on?

Graphics look ancient.. not running Crysis on that....

You won't get Garry's Mod running of that with the graphics though, or with a lot of crashing and low FPS...

So what i need, My motherboard has the graphics build in.

Upgrade the graphics, perhaps an 8800gt, 9800gt, 9600gt. Give us a budget, e.g.
