I've not seen anyone with them except for staff?

Yes , quite a few people have those items...Prices vary a lot...from 5-20 hcs.

Normal item (duck) - Common
Rare item (icm) - Uncommon
Super Rare item (infobus) - Rare

id class the fairy mushroom under uncommon and the witch under rare

Well I've seen loads of people with fairy mushrooms but only seen about five witch mushrooms since they came out. Although I'm not exactly looking for them! :P

I saw a load of rooms with fairy mushrooms in during the yukka tree hill competition. They sell for about 5-6hc. No idea about witch mushrooms though, haven't seen many.
