Alrighty! :p
Basically, I currently am quite toned lol. I have about a 4 pacck going on and quite muscly sholdours and arms and a bit of a V thingy...
Anyways I am going on hol a week on fri to magaluf and atm I am just trying to sorta maximise my toning as poss lol.
I have been diong a sorta regular workout every day of like mainly crunches, situps, side situps and loads of different abs workouts that are online and stuff.
I guess my main thing is I am just wondering if anyone has some quick tips that are really good ab busting sorta things that will have a quick impact just to finish off my toned look?:p
Cheers
I recommend nothing to much because you don't want to injure yourself and have to ruin your holiday by having to limp or rest all the time!

Thing is, muscles take time to grow. You won't reallt see all that much difference in a few weeks. It can take months :) You could try holding a weight on your chest and then doing some situps, this will make it harder to do the situp and thus muscle growth.
My mother comes back from magaluf tonight LOL... Have a nice time on holiday :)
If you just want to tone then eat calories equivalent to your body weight (in pounds) x 12
If your looking to increase your muscle mass you need to eat calories equivalent to your body weight (in pounds) x 16
This is just a generic formula to use, obviously alot of things come into consideration like height etc, but you should be sticking at around a 1800 calorie intake and do alot of cardio to burn some serious body fat.
Fat, you should be eating about 40-50g of fat a day. Mainly eating poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated fats (eg, nuts, olives and healthy oils). Stay away from Saturated stuff
as for your routine try and use more muscle demanding excersises some that your muscles are not used to.

I don't want bulging muscles though thats what I am saying. I am quite toned and muscly as it is, I am just asking for some wee quick tips to addon to my workout already for an extra boost.

Lol yeh I have been watching the weather for there and the past week or so has generally been 27-30 degrees which is great, considering it was boiling here when it was like 24 last week! :)
I can't waitttt!
Hope you have a great time :)
