I'd offer around 50£ myself, though i expect you could probabaly do quite a bit better on ebay or whatever, espeally if your throwing in a screen too :p
Not really sure how much most would pay, 100-150-200 ish maybe? id search ebay and see what simlar specced pc's are going for.

£200 for all that. Maybe a bit more if you didn't sell it online.

What screen is it?

My uni auctions off all the old pc's every few years so i can generally get low end pc's pretty cheaply :p

If I were a buyer, I'd offer 300 quid for that.

Would probably cost something like £300-350 to throw something like that together brand new not including an OS and depending on the monitor. There's not that much of a market for second hand desktops in my opinion, so considering that I think it would get around £200 on somewhere like ebay and around £250 offline.

I'd disagree, second hand desktops are at around the price point to be in impulse buy for people on mega low budgets (students etc) that only want to surf the net or do schoolwork or the such. Maybe I'm biased because I bought one myself for my bedroom but the demand is definately there. Of course, to appeal to that market you have to price your PC at a low price too, anything over about £100 and you have to be offering something pretty special to get people interested.

These days I'd say that PC is worth around £150-£200 on ebay with monitor but I'd expect the lower end of that.
