FlashChat Commands

I have this chatroom called FlashChat_v4712. I installed it and everything, and I have looked on their website. But I can't find anything to help me get ome of the chatroom commands to work...

Any advice?

tried /help i think thats the command or it may be ?help :) I bought a copy of this the other week. I'll install it again soon and find out again
