Just looked it up, It's a game made by Jagex that is aimed at people aged 25 - 30. Since it has not yet been released and is not expected to be played by the majority age group of hxf (with exceptions to the older members) I'm not sure if it will be that popular. Maybe we should wait and see how popular it is on here before making a section for it. :)

I'm still gonna try it anyway. :D

No actual info about the game or when its going to be released or anythink is actually known so why do we need a forum for it?

if it becomes a large enough game then it may be considered but at this point in time where are community has little or no interest in the game I doubt we will be creating any forums for it any time soon.

As Jin has said there is little point in us creating a Forum for a game that is yet to be released and has thus far drummed up little interest. For now it is fine to post any threads in relation to this game in the gaming Forum, and if there is enough popularity Matt and I will most certainly consider creating a Forum.

I would wait until it comes out, because I think it is not that good, its looks OK, but doesn't really tie in with Habbo does it.

Neither do most of the forums on HxF :P Technically Habbox Forum is a teen forum with a Habbo category and competitions, the majority of members probably don't play Habbo anymore or have any interest in it.

As everyone has repeated, there's no point making a forum for something that hasn't come out. Mad suffered the embarassment when he made a ClubTropica forum and, through bias, refused to close the forum when repeatedly hassled about it. Thankfully that has been removed now :)

I remember when I was joining hxf, I was filling in my details and came across the option to display my clubtropica name, I had no idea at all what it was lol. :P

Maybe we could go as far as having a prefix for it in online gaming if people start to show good interest into it, and then consider making a forum for it if it becomes even more popular. Lets not forget about the problem we have with having too many forums, Jin is already trying to cut down on some.

That's not true at all because "technically" the objective of the Forum is set by management and management (wheeee) says that this is primarily a Habbo based forum because that is where the influx of members is, but we do provide services for those who do not, but in most cases no longer play Habbo. :P

I think a poll forum-wide established that about 50% of the forum play Habbo. And there are more that are guests/people who mainly use trading and Habbo categories.

They're guests, they get pushed aside :P Also, don't forget the people who find their way through this forum and have never even heard of Habbo, it's a huge forum, not everything on it is marked as "Habbo" by search robots ;)

There are a few members on this forum who joined this forum not for the Habbo side of things, they just found there way here through Google, word of mouth or some other means :P Also, the majority of forums are non-Habbo, so it is technically a teen forum with what ever percentage of forums are Habbo related. A Habbo forum, like what Habbos.co.uk, was a forum with nearly all Habbo forums, and one or two non-Habbo ones. I'm playing on technicalities, not what management label it. It's like pie lovers who make a pie forum - they see it as a religious forum for pies while the rest of us see it as food :P

I really want pie now......

Anyway this subject matter has been talked to death.

Final verdict, unless the community show a real interest for it we won't consider it and even if they do it will probably become a prefix in the online games forum.
