hello i keep getting a pop-up

That one to be precise and it keeps freezing my mozilla firefox and then therefore disconnecting me.

I cant see the pop-up, what sites are you viewing when you get it?

Try using the Adblock Plus addon for Mozilla.
It stop's most if not all popups :)
