Calling somebodies advertisement a load of rubbish?
Is that seriously infractable?

if you don't even attempt to make your post constructive than giving that post an infraction could be argued. you're demeaning someone elses work. regardless of whether it is rubbish you could say "it's not great you need to improve on abc". personally, i would imagine most moderators would have given that post an edit and sent you a PM to watch your conduct or maybe a warning. an infraction could be justified but is probably a BIT harsh.

I criistcise Xerae all the time because his advertisers are utter useless and rubbish. *please don't infract me?*
Then he infracts me? I mean seriously? Maybe a bit of a warning but not a point? I know I should ahve been constructive but there's just too much to state when you say it's rubbish.
All of his advert was rubbish.

I wouldn't be at all shocked if he did it because he didn't like you.

But then isn't that abusing his powers from 1 person to another?
I thought everybody gets treated the same by the staff?

In practice, yes. In reality, no. I'm not criticising any staff members, it's just fact. If I were you I'd report the infraction using the right thread and if you want to make a complaint about the moderation in question (I would but I like a good moan ;) no sexual innuendos) then I suggest you PM MattGarner and CC it to Garion and they investigate it further for you to ensure no wrong doing is being done.

You always criticize him, sometimes with no reason at all. As much as your criticism can be appreciated at times, it can also be avoided at many others.

If you feel that you've received an infraction unfairly, then please report it here (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=279102). If you haven't received a warning in the past regarding the same issue (reason) but have received an infraction, then report it using the link above.

Knowing the management of this forum, I would assume so - yes!

Hmm... well I've sent matt a PM anyway with a complaint.
Thanks anyway.
I still feel I should have been warned rather than a straight "red card".

Abit harsh to be fair, everyone is allowed an opinion and his opinion is that it was 'rubbish'

A lot of people sell layouts and a lot of comments back are somthign similar to: "That's not worth £100 it's worth 10p".
It's basically the same principle however mine is just more vile and straight forward of "It's rubbish". Which is clearly what the example above is saying but in different context.
Anyways thanks Matt and anybody else who replied.
Situation solved and I'm happy with the result.
Matt has resolved the situation. In future infraction complaints should be posted in the report infraction problems thread.
