Tbh it's good that Ronaldo is going to Real Madrid because everyone thinks were nothing without him and if he goes then our team will break down (Win nothing basically)
Ronaldo was bringing team morale down. I think the players were concentrating on making him stay...
But what a perfect time to prove everyone wrong that were are not a one man team. Perfect time for Rooney - He's on fire now, a great opportunity for him to play in a central role seeing as Ronaldo may no longer be here. I'm sure he's relishing that chance to play in that position.
Rooney has been playing on the left wing - This has been effecting his ability to score goals. You see with England, is it 8 goals in 7 games in the Central position. Ok you could argue that the goals he scored has been against weak opposition but not many great players can score that many goals for Country in that space of games.
That's where Rooney should be playing next season. He will be scoring heaps of goals next season in that position. Mark my word. :)
On another note, Vidic has stayed Loyal to the Club and rejected the Chance of moving to Barcelona. Legend. :) I think the team will be more stronger next season, all thanks to Ronaldo going.... United will unite together. :)

Obviously being European champions is a much bigger and better achievement then being World champions as you have to get so far to become Champions... I would rather be European champions because you can say to yourself, you have done a lot to become champions.

You've changed your opinion, you've previously stated that you believed Ronaldo would stay at Manchester United for a number of years - several infact. What's happened for you to change this opinion? Would it be because he's finally left so it's time to view it in a positive light, trying to get something out of you losing your best player? Bit odd that isn't it?
http://www.habboxforum.com/showpost.php?p=4615455&postcount=1
Torres? You're deluded. You really believe that...
1) Liverpool would sell Torres at this momment in time?
2) Liverpool would sell to Manchester United?
3) If Torres was for sale Barca, Inter, Madrid, AC wouldn't stump up the cash?
4) Torres would go to another PL club and sever his love for Liverpool & the fans?
Tevez? Oh gosh, you still believe he'll be staying?
Biggest team in the world? At this momment in time I believe that's Madrid. They're taking all the headlines, the only ones Manchester United are getting are Tevez leaving to Manchester City.
Barca won the Champions League, surely that makes them the second biggest club in the world at the momment?
World champions? Who did you have to play to get to the final and who did you play in the final? Hardly the calibre of Barcalona eh?
Sorry, I'll be off now. It appeared that Clowngon was gaining some confidence, I had to knock him back down again. Cya.

This pathetic argument between United and Liverpool fans gets old so quick; can't supporters of both teams above the age of 3 realise that healthy debate and some mutual respect is needed for a good rivalry.
Most fans on here of both clubs do that just the odd person leaves this silly WUM post and sparks it all off.
Also United should be worried, Liverpool are about 2 or 3 players short of United's team and now Johnson looks to be in the bag I predict number 19 could be on its way to Anfield before Old Trafford. Many neutrals would agree with that.

what, because they were poor in the RB role? and I don't think they need a striker. I'm a fan of the "if it aint broke, don't fix it" method. Gerrard playing just behind torres works lovely. If anything, I think they need strength in the wings, especially right, meaning Kuyt can play as a striker, so they can give Ngog an early retirement.

you was saying we need to strengthen the wings but i dont think we need to buy for the right as we have kuyt & benayoun and benayoun is amazing and like jack said, changed games when he came on & also kuyt scored very important goals for us last season & although kuyt works his socks off id still rather have benayoun on the right. we do need to get another left winger as riera started to play quite poor in the second half of the season although i like him i'd still like to see us buying silva and maybe give babel ago upfront with torres.

Hey ok, fine. take it up with Jack if you want. Benayouns not a winger, nor would I call Kuyt. Kuyt scored important goals? Yeah, so did Macheda. Wouldn't you prefer to have Benayoun, "an amazing player", playing in his best position? And instead of playing a left winger upfront, how about you actually put a reall goal threat, Kuyt upfront instead? Because basically, you'd want a winger upfront, and a forward as a winger? :eusa_wall Nah, I know, you'd prefer to have a CM as a RW. Ok, putting it this way, what would your starting eleven be?

hes not a winger? hmm, according to liverpools website he is. whats macheda got to do with anything? im just stating kuyt is a good player because he scores important goals? we bought him as a forward, he didnt play to well & rafa put him on the right and been great ever since? and benayoun, what would you say is his best position? hes played right wing, attacking mid & im sure hes played on the left & hes been great, changed games, scored goals & been one of our best players last season. and babel can play upfront? hes a winger and a striker? so he could play upfront with torres if he wanted? i dont understand why your trying to argue with me. players change positions all the time throughout there careers and putting kuyt on the right he & the team has obviously benefited from it.

I know, and I'm just stating Macheda scores important goals, he must be world-class yeah? Whatever, most people, including your own fans will say you need wingers. And if you want to say your squad is fine, you are severely mistaken. It's kind of accepted your depth in the squad isn't what United's is, so should you wish to carry on as per, no sales, no purchases; The best of luck to you my friend.
oh and about trying Babel upfront, i'll refer to my earlier post about Gerrard playing in behind Torres and being his best position and the best option for your team. I cant understand why you want to play 4-4-2. You have arguably the finest striker in the world paired with arguably the finest CM in the world (I know, Xavi, Iniesta, blah blah blah) and a winning formula. Yet you would want to change that, at the cost of a partnership every other Prem team would give everything to have?
You will never win the league playing rat boy on the right wing.

did i say kuyt is world class? no. yes we need wingers, not for the right side. i have not said our squad is fine all im saying is we dont need another right winger? and was gerrard & torres fit all of last season? no. we need backup for when they are injured & with our financial situation and us supposedly buying glen johnson for 18m it doesnt look like we can afford a good striker who can fill torres' boots when hes injured so i'd like to see babel try having ago upfront. we are not going to agree so i dont see the point in carrying on this little debate which will probably end up in arguement. you have your opinions, i have mine. you think we need another right winger, i dont. end of.
