3GS isn't going to such a major update as most people think it will...

£10, but you will be able to get it for free. ;)
Anyone know how I can save all my Cydia apps as a list so I don't have to write every single Cydia app that I have installed down? cause that could take hours... <.<

Can't be £10 if it's $9.95 in the US. They just do not add up with the exchange rate. so it can only be £5

It was £5.99 last year when 2.0 was released, I assume its going to be the same again.

If it was with the current exchange rate as you say then it would cost around £7.
It will probably be £10, but as I said earlier, you will be able to get it for free.

Already have it, but it won't work on 3.0 firmware, neither will Chronus(TimeCapsule) or AppBackup :(

About 3-4 months, soz. But its basically been worthless apart from the search because the new APIs are what is good about it and as far as I know there arent any apps that support them yet.
