Was having this conversation today (yeah, random) and out of all my friends, I'm the only one who was breastfed :S

Was funny, they all laughed at the fact I was breastfed, yet being breastfed has been proven to have lots of benefits such as:

Better health (Immune system etc..)
Better bones (may explain why I haven't got fillings hehe)
Better intelligence


So yeah, was you breastfed or not?

I probably was, my mum was a midwife at the time so I imagine she would be for breastfeeding? I have little intention in discussing it with my mother but it does seem there is advantages to breastfeeding rather than not.

I imagine your friends are probably just hiding it as for teenage boys to admit it's quite embarrassing, I haven't got any statistics but the majority of people were breastfed.

Shouldn't be embarrassing, it's what boobs are for! But yeah I can understand why a group of teenage boys would find it embarrassing.

Nah, my Mum's diabetic and if she gad breastfed me, I would have developed it as well. The jury is still out as to whether breastfeeding improves intelligence, but I know it improves your early immune system development :P
