"Your going red"

Whenever I get loads of attention for doing something either funny or bad in class, I go red. Well I don't know that I'm going red but then when people say "ur goin red lol" I actually feel as if I am going red. Is there any way of stopping myself from going red or reducing the redness? It's not the confidence bit that is my problem, I just carry on without realising it, its really annoying.

I think it's more down to been relaxed than anything else, I used to do it all the time in high school but I don't do it as much anymore at college, mostly because I'm in a environment that I feel very comfortable and relaxed in, I probably still do it at times but no where near as much. Like said above, I also think it's about being in a environment that you're comfortable in. Like when I'm around real close friends it doesn't happen but when I'm not it does lol. As you get older it tends to stop, well did for me anyway :P

It's normal, I normally laugh excessively and go red when i'm being watched by people im not comfertable around haha!

and yeah Jack I just go bright red when that happens :P
