Hey,
I was wandering what type of discounts student get with Apple?
I know the school discount, but you have to be on your college network/university network to get uni discounts.
Can anyone tell me what the discounts are?
Mainly because if it is worth it I can get my sister to order it at college, or if uni is really good discount I can ask my friend :P
Thanks,
Dom
(Basically +Rep to anyone that can give me the discounts!)

I was thinking about this, I want a MacBook, if it's 13% discount then I'll be happy with that, but I hope it is a little bit more than 13%. :P

You do realise you can get at the Edu store if you use the college/other education option, order and they dont ask for ID?

The educational discount is around 15% for Higher Education (e.g University) and I think its around 8% for Further Education (e.g College) and other educational establishments.
Pretty certain on the 15% as I asked someone at the apple store today when I was looking at a macbook pro. However, the 8% I can't be entirely sure on - Pretty certain it was this two years ago, not sure if it has changed.
You can use this link http://store.apple.com/uk_edu_78186/ to see the prices at Higher Education, without being connected to a university network :)

They still verify it.
