My dad's house got robbed today...

He just rang me.
They took a sledge hammer to the front door, then only robbed the TV and two cameras :S

They tried to smash into the garage, if they'd got in there Dad would have flipped cause he's got all his bikes in there...

Crazy isn't it, how people can take a sledge hammer to the FRONT DOOR of a house in daylight :O

well just coz its day time, doesnt mean its any easier to spot. Generally people are out working or at school, whilst at night, despite them being harder to see, the sound and the fact everyone will be in their houses makes breaking in at night with a sledge hammer dumber than doing it in the day.

Robber got through the window, grabbed a kitchen knife and only stole 20 packs of **** (my dad got them for xmas) and he wasn't bothered lmao
My car got robbed once while we were shoppin ;_;

Getting robbed isn't a joke, I was once in my house with my Nan and sister when we got robbed. They kept moving us around the house then left with loads of random stuff. I was only about 10. We've also been robbed before when we where out, they took a car but I can't remember which one, it was too long ago.

It makes sense to do it during the day... if you use a sledgehammer people could think its just someone cutting up some wood with an axe.
