Looking a lot better than the old one.
Lot more profesional, more user friendly.
Well done Jin :)

The new site looks really professional - I have even made an account (I didn't with the old site, as it looked crap :P - the uploader probably wasn't but the skin ruined it!)

Unfortunatly due to the massive changes to the system we haven't been able to import your old files into the new system. Rest assure that all old files previously uploaded on uploadpicz will still continue to function.
They will still work.

No offence but the banner is the worst part; it's extremely blurry and needs a logo etc
It's great, well done.
One suggestion though. On the "home" bit where you upload the images could you make it so that there were multiple upload boxes by default (say 3) instead of having to click add, and then you can of course add more. As a registered users feature.

Loads better than the old one. Although, I don't really like the banner and the big chunks of text at the top (the site news and intro paragraph) because it means I have to scroll down.

I personally, thought it looked blurry and I don't know why - I think its the odd shadowing...
I like the background, writing and the concept but it has been blurred somehow.

o.o i don't like it. it looks like one of those sites you stumble on by accident, when you click an add by mistake or something. it's better than before yeah but not much, i only really like the part where the text is smaller and green.

This will be removed after a few days after all there isn't really much news for a static content site.

Without the banner the site would look crap still..
And mwah if you can do better, I am sure Jin and the Graphics team would love to hear from you.. ;)

The blurryness is something to do with the font used. Should the font be changed the edges will be all straight and jagged.
Overall im liking the new look of it and how swiftly Jin was able to recreate the system. Go you!

The blurryness isn't the font, its the icon/image (photo+folder) - It makes your eyes go funny! Will be sorted when Jin let's us know (A)

You know what, this is actually a relief to hear. I thought it was my vision as its been a bit blurry and have even (no lie) booked an eye test with the optician to get new glasses. Glad that its not the case.

Haha, no it was - and at first I thought it may of been my eyes; but obviously not!

Just make the banner something simple like
http://www.uploadpicz.com/images/90uploadpicz.png
but obviously with a logo of some sort.

That's quite nice that one.
Something like that yeah.
Is there a reason for a logo? None of our sites have a logo or a real requirement for one? It just seems that people suggest it as it seems standard convention that everything should have a logo.

Just a simple logo to fill the space.
Why not just have the letters UP with the site name underneath. Simple but stylish logo.

This was sammeth's suggestion for the favicon.

Just something effective and basic that I really liked.

I think the UP on its own would look good for a favicon/logo.
