Ok, I have never attempted to do anything like this before, so it was a fun experience watching people trade, and getting a good insight to the current rares market. Please forgive any errors.

Green Writing - Above Habbox Value

I think this rare is struggling to reach it's value at the moment. Although I only witnessed 3 unique trades, I have been trying to sell a green pillow myself and I am finding it difficult to get the 16hc.

I have seen four unique trades of this item, and the results were hard to interpret. I think that it's value is stable but some people simply just want 2HC for it.

I have witnessed quite a few of these being sold, and was quite suprised to see a couple of sellers selling these for 1 pure. I myself bought one :) I think that the value of the throne sofa is stable at the moment, but it changes quite often and this means people want to get what they can for it.

Monoliths are quite a useful item to have, and asides from the very common violet monolith this one is affordable yet not too cheap. People are willing to pay 2.0 for these and I could definitely see them rising in the future.

I think it is quite hard to value this item. It is a useful and desirable item that is used a lot in casino's, but I have noticed that there are quite a few of these in peoples shops. I would say the current value is spot on trading wise, with just the people who are willing to excuse the additional 0.2 and pay 2hc for it.

A very good report, I can't really fault it and the values are reflecting the values of the market at the moment especially with the small and slow drop of the Green Wooly Pillow. If you bought for higher than 16.0 CS then i'd advise you to keep, the likelyhood is that it will rise up again once demand picks up.
