Main Package;
You're all slow, heh. My court verdict was on June 3rd, 2009. Simply given the matter of fact I have 100 hours community service to carry out, plus a £350 fine. I was close to going to prison, mainly never due to the fact I 'never knew' what I was doing is illegal. And basically, making habbo scripting programs isn't illegal, in all aspects summed up into one, it's just having fun and tampering with sources :eusa_danc Fairly nice result if I must say though... The reaction's of everyone, the question's they've managed to summon into the almighty bundle's make me laugh.
In all honesty, I'd rather 100 hours Community Service than carrying out duty as a Habbo-X, welcoming idiots to Habbo. Most people in the Welcome Lounge have been here for ages anyways... But not the point. I mean, what's the harm? All I did was pick the Habbo packets that they never bothered to fix up, and stop them from vulnerabilities. Screwed over? Apparently, my *not saying though most of you know* application, cost Sulake over 20k!?!?
Computer Misuse Act 1990, Section 3. Basically, Habbo’s TOS state that we aren’t allowed to use/create programs that intercept data between the client and server. By not following these TOS, apparently we are breaking the law. So... That's just plain stupid. Making a rule, out of thin air like that? That's like disclaiming on Habbox forum, everyone who visits must pay a £3k fee for using bandwidth on the website... Anyways, poor them. They left it in the hands of the jurisdiction in the real world.
All this stuff, people trying to get humour out of the case, the situations like in prison, and the things about 'this will look good on his CV' - that's just stupid. I can assure you, I already have a job as a programmer, and do a lot of projects that earn me a fair amount of money.
Some other things;
I can assure you, I am not breaking this website's rules at all.
A5. Do not post private details or information
Confusing though. Due to the fact, my bail letter was posted on these forums a few months ago from now. Though, I will not be posting anything private.
A6. Do not use this forum for practices that are considered illegal by Habbo Hotel
I am not longer affiliated in things concerning Habbo that are illegal in any way. I'll read over their Terms, and find some loophole's though, hur hur.
A7. Do not post inappropriate content, links, or images
I will not post anything as such, even due to the fact my personal blog is down. I'll obide your rules Mr System!
A10. Do not be a negative factor on the forum
Ouch. This will be tough, though I'm sure I can adapt.
Overall: Hi.
