just at 8:30 Central time in the us

my moms boyfriend got pulled over.
but i just had to be in the car with him.
and it turns out he had drank beer before it happened.
He was also speeding
he got charges for speeding, possesion of child while drinking and driving, and for just plain drinking and driving
and he failed all 3 of the tests.
now my moms part of the family has some issues to go through, as he was paying for my mothers cell phone, insurance, and half of the cable bill.
he has unlimited amount of time in prison until someone bails him, which is $345 dollars counting tax(7.8%), or he must give up his liscence and also pay another 125 dollars.
so as a warning, dont drink and drive.
