Selling Yellow Solarium

My friend is selling the Yellow Solarium, the rarest normal rare and a item which must only have around 6 - 15 of them left in circulation. All owners except him refuse to sell, even for around the 1T mark (80.0 CS). There hasn't been one of these sold since around January when seven of them went for 21.5 CS per in one trade.
