The Habbo Wind Turbine (aqua fan) was released via the catalogue a few years ago, it is unlikely to ever be released again as Habbo have now finished Rares off. The Industrial Turbine is a Pay Day Plus item which will only get lower in value and will remain in Pay Day Plus as long as the scheme is unchanged/still operating.
